Business Analyst Position at Costa Brava Mediterranean Foods

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Costa Brava Mediterranean Foods. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence systems to support data-driven decision making.
  • Analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and implement process improvements.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analytics or a related field.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience with analytical systems, such as Dynamics and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
