Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project strategies to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of onshore wind and solar PV projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including investors, developers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure seamless project progression.
  • Manage project risks and opportunities, identifying challenges and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and environmental specialists, to ensure project delivery meets scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in environmental science, environmental management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development and/or environmental and permitting roles within the renewable energy sector.
  • Profound knowledge of Spanish environmental regulations and permitting processes.
  • Robust project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in both independent and collaborative work settings.
