Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Ferrovial Digital Infra. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful development of data center assets, from powered-land search and acquisition to design, construction, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of investment proposals and other required documents.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, standards, and policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze data and documents to ensure they meet requirements, and raise queries as needed to facilitate the process.
- Monitor progress and performance to manage tasks completion according to pre-determined deadlines.
- Prepare detailed reports to reflect progress updates and present findings to the team to inform decision-making.
- Collect and filter data to support the development of investment proposals, and act as a liaison with stakeholders, distribution companies, and public administration to map out next steps and anticipate potential issues.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience as an Analyst or Project Coordinator in a consultancy firm or the energy and construction sector, with a strong understanding of power generation and energy management.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in data analysis, data tools, and software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mining, or Energy Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree can be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Spanish Electric System, its regulations, and particularities, as well as the ability to deal with other countries' systems.
- Proficiency in GIS software, environmental databases, and regulatory mapping tools.
- Office 365 package expertise (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
- Previous experience with or exposure to Agile Project Management tools.
