About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at ISG International Service Group's Digital Hub in Madrid. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing our global server infrastructure and enterprise SAN architecture, ensuring seamless connectivity and configuration.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions to support our growing business needs.
  2. Collaborate with our product owner to integrate new technologies and drive continuous improvement of our product.
  3. Provide Level 3 escalation support for critical systems and manage organization and inventory of all infrastructure hardware and software resources.
  4. Conduct routine audits of infrastructure hardware and software to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
  5. Coordinate and implement infrastructure changes according to ITIL framework.
  6. Deploy server software installations, configurations, and upgrades.
  7. Standardize services delivery with other team members to ensure consistency across products.

Your Profile

  1. Degree in a technology-related field.
  2. Strong technical background with 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering.
  3. Good knowledge of Azure, VMWare, and Linux in a large enterprise organization.
  4. Experience with Powershell and Linux shell scripting.
  5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to talk with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Collaboration and teamwork, with the ability to work in an agile development environment.
  7. Fluency in English.
