Medical Strategy Manager

Viatris Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Manager to join our team. As a Medical Affairs Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing medical strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Medical Strategy Development: Develop and implement medical plans and strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Medical Support: Provide medical support to cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and research and development.
- Training and Education: Design and deliver training programs for internal stakeholders on medical topics and product knowledge.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines related to medical information and promotional materials.
- Study Development: Lead the development of clinical studies from initiation to publication.
- People Management: Manage and develop a team of medical professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Medical Budget Management: Oversee the medical budget and ensure effective use of resources.
- Business Development: Identify and leverage new opportunities to drive business growth, including real-world evidence and digital approaches.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in medical affairs.
- Education: Medical degree or a bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
- Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish and advanced level in English.
- Competencies: Strong leadership skills, ability to prioritize multiple demands, and demonstration of seniority, credibility, impact, and influence.
