Viatris Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Manager to join our team. As a Medical Affairs Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing medical strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Medical Strategy Development: Develop and implement medical plans and strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Medical Support: Provide medical support to cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and research and development.
- Training and Education: Design and deliver training programs to ensure that internal stakeholders have the necessary medical knowledge to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all medical activities are compliant with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- People Management: Lead and develop a team of medical professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Medical Budget Management: Manage medical budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through medical partnerships and collaborations.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of developing and executing medical strategies.
- Education: Medical degree or a bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish and advanced level in English.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute medical strategies that drive business growth.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team of medical professionals.
