Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to support the Oncology Medical Affairs department at Empresa reconocida. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to the Medical Affairs Director and the Oncology Medical department.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative and clerical support to the Medical Affairs Director and the Oncology Medical department, including coordinating functional administrative activities, organizing meetings, and scheduling appointments.
  2. Data Management: Gather, collect, record, track, and verify complex data and information from multiple sources, and manipulate Excel spreadsheets into different sorts and formats.
  3. Event Planning: Coordinate large events, including planning, organizing, and implementing event activities, and liaising with guests and speakers to assess needs.
  4. Financial Management: Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget, review monthly budget, and research variances, and coordinate group lease cars requirements and activities.
  5. Team Support: Act as a resource to other administrative assistants, and be cross-trained to cover for another administrative assistant if out of the office for an extended period.
Requirements
  1. Education: A minimum of a high school diploma plus proven administrative experience.
  2. Experience: Experience in the Pharma industry is essential, and ideally has experience working in a Medical Affairs department.
  3. Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills are required in Spanish and English.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
