Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with Medical Experts (MEs) to provide scientific and medical information and support.
- Identify and map Medical Experts and Key Accounts to ensure effective engagement and strategic alignment with country strategy.
- Design and execute Medical Expert engagement plans to prioritize and strategically engage MEs aligned with company objectives.
- Respond to unsolicited requests for information from Medical Experts and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Collect and analyze impactful insights from Medical Experts to inform and craft medical strategy.
- Support Novartis clinical research programs, optimize trial execution, and provide scientific educational support to potential and actual study sites in collaboration with clinical operations.
- Facilitate Investigator Initiated Trial (IIT) process upon investigator request.
- Serve as a medical resource to field matrix colleagues, providing expertise and guidance as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field (Medical, Scientific).
- Previous experience of over 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry working as a Medical Scientific Liaison. Specific knowledge in Oncology and/or Nuclear medicine is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and proactivity are essential for success in this role.
- Fluent communication skills in both Spanish and English languages.
