Key Responsibilities- Monitor and follow up on specific overdue accounts or invoices, working closely with the Customer Collections Specialist to identify accounts requiring additional attention or alternative collection strategies.
- Collaborate with the Customer Collections Specialist to develop and implement effective collection plans, ensuring that all accounts are up-to-date and in good standing.
- Communicate with clients to resolve any issues or concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
- Update account status records and maintain accurate documentation of collection activities, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Work closely with other teams, such as Sales and Customer Experience (CX), to gather relevant information and support the collections efforts.
- Prior experience in customer service, accounting, or collections is preferred but not required.
- Customer-centric with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of billing processes and account management principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data effectively.
- Willingness to learn from experienced peers and embrace feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and seek guidance when handling non-routine situations.
- Writes and speaks fluent English.
- A competitive salary range of $13,300 USD to $24,650 USD, dependent upon location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands.
