About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team in Spain as part of a 24-month VIE mission. The successful candidate will work closely with our Finance Manager and team to enhance our management and internal control practices.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective cost and expense controls to optimize financial performance.
  • Identify and implement improvements to our ERP system, leveraging best practices and business intelligence tools.
  • Design and establish a business dashboard to provide real-time insights and drive decision-making.
  • Contribute to internal and management controls, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Prepare and present reports to central teams, providing timely and actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in finance, control management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to play an active role in global business management.
  • Agility and adaptability to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of ERPs (SAP) and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (level B2 minimum).
