Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly talented and self-motivated Senior Solutions Consultant to join our Pre-Sales team. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with large enterprise prospects, identifying suboptimal business processes, and providing customer-tailored presentations and demonstrations of our Board Platform and Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Engage with targeted prospects to identify business opportunities and develop strategic relationships.
- Industry Expertise: Partner with industry solution and account executive teams to understand and address industry-specific challenges.
- Solution Selling: Provide senior-level presentations and demonstrations of our Board Platform and Solutions to convey our value proposition.
- Collaboration: Work with the sales team to complete RFP/RFI responses, develop and execute Board Solution demos, and assist in the transition of deal knowledge to the implementation team.
- Knowledge Sharing: Assist and cross-train teammates and partners on BOARD Solution and subject expertise.
- Market Awareness: Create product and solutions awareness in the marketplace.
- Technical Fit: Ensure a strong technical fit between our Board SaaS and technical offerings and the client's analytical needs.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a supply chain (presales) capacity and/or supply chain consulting.
- Planning Expertise: Proven experience in supply chain planning processes, planning applications, and demand planning, supply planning, optimization, and S&OP areas.
- Credibility: Ability to demonstrate thought leadership and develop credibility with prospects and existing customers as a trusted advisor in the planning space.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent presentation, storytelling, client relationship, and interpersonal skills- internally and externally.
- Consultative Selling: Ability to take a consultative selling approach by listening to customer needs and shaping a shared vision for a solution.
- Technical Skills: Experience with multi-dimensional planning models, BI or Analytics (Board, Anaplan, Pigment, etc).
- Growth Mindset: Growth mentality and comfortable in challenging old ways of doing things.
