As Senior Manager, Global Procurement, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end Source to Contract process for indirect procurement.
You will be instrumental in supporting the Global SCM and CPO with implementing sourcing strategies to ensure successful delivery against category targets.
Working effectively with the Global Category Teams, you will advise on and drive the global sourcing strategies through the effective application of the source to contract process.
Main Responsibilities & Duties- Identify and develop sourcing/procurement strategies to deliver sustainable cost reduction, service/quality improvement, and risk mitigation.
- Develop a category strategy for each assigned category that incorporates customer requirements, market conditions, sourcing strategy, business risk, and supplier capabilities.
- Support and lead the implementation of new sourcing initiatives aligned with the business needs and the procurement plan.
- Benchmark and renegotiate existing supplier agreements.
- Conclude sourcing initiatives with relevant legal framework to minimise commercial risks and ensure performance can be monitored.
