We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic hospitality student to join our team as a full-time intern at Grand Hyatt Barcelona. As a member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various departments, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Kitchens, Revenue, Marketing, and Events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge in hospitality management.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to improve hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a hospitality-related program at a university or college.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
