About the Program

Our Management Trainee program is a 9-12 month full-time internship that provides hands-on experience in hotel operations, management, and leadership. You will work closely with our Hotel Director and Leadership Committee to learn the overall operation of the hotel and develop your skills in a variety of learning environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the daily operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to develop your skills in hotel management and leadership
  • Work closely with our Hotel Director and Leadership Committee to learn the overall operation of the hotel
  • Develop your skills in a variety of learning environments, including hands-on practical experience and people management
Requirements
  • Full-time commitment to the program
  • Advanced level of Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Relevant career path in hospitality management
  • Passion for learning and growth
