Grand Hyatt Barcelona is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our BCN | Hotel Management Training (Executive Offices) program. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment, working closely with our Hotel Director and Leadership Committee.

Program Overview

The BCN | Hotel Management Training (Executive Offices) program is a 9-12 month full-time internship that provides a comprehensive learning experience. The program is divided into two phases:

Phase 1: Executive Offices

During this phase, you will work closely with our Hotel Director and Leadership Committee, focusing on learning the overall operation of the hotel. You will gain hands-on practical experience and develop people management skills in a variety of learning environments.

Phase 2: Intensive Training

This phase is an intensive period of training, focusing on your agreed area of interest. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Requirements
  • Full-time commitment
  • Advanced level of Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Relevant career path (studies related to the internship)
  • Passion for learning and growth
