Are you a hospitality student looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Management in Training (MIT) program at Grand Hyatt Barcelona.

About the Program

Our MIT program is a 9-12 month full-time internship that provides hands-on experience in various hotel departments. You will work closely with our Hotel Director and Leadership Committee to learn the overall operation of the hotel. The program is divided into two phases: Executive Offices and Intensive Training.

What We're Looking For
  • Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time paid internship. Your schedule will be based on operational needs.
  • Relevant Career Path: Your studies should be related to the internship and finalized up to 1 year prior to the internship start.
  • Language Skills: Advanced level of Spanish and English (written and spoken) is necessary for the role.
  • Passion for Learning: We seek individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow.
