Marketing Project Management Trainee

This one-year trainee program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of how a marketing department functions, and to equip you with the necessary marketing skills to launch your career in this field.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative marketing campaigns and ideas.
  • Assist in planning and executing outbound and inbound marketing activities, including content development and optimization, advertising, event promotion, and more.
  • Liaise with external vendors, partners, and media to secure and execute campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement marketing efforts.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Collect and analyze marketing data to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Work in a hybrid environment (online and face-to-face) and develop an understanding of customer targets.
Requirements:
  • Recent graduate from a top university with an interest in pursuing a career in marketing or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals.
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, especially in English.
  • Commercial awareness and a creative mindset.
  • Self-motivated, highly inquisitive, confident, energetic, and creative.
  • Eligibility to work in Spain.
