Are you a hospitality student eager to launch your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? Look no further Our BCN Hotel Management Training (Executive Offices) program is an excellent starting point for your professional journey.

Program Overview
The program is divided into two phases:

Phase 1: Executive Offices
Trainees will work closely with our Hotel Director and Leadership Committee, focusing on learning the overall operation of the hotel.

Phase 2: Intensive Training
An intensive period of training focusing on the Trainee's agreed area of interest. The training includes both hands-on practical experience and opportunities for the Trainee to develop people management skills in a variety of learning environments.

Qualifications and Requirements

What We're Looking For
Full-time commitment, with a focus on operational needs (may include Saturdays and Sundays).

Housing and Work Authorization
Please note that housing is not included. You need to have legal authorization to work in Spain or UE.

Relevant Career Path
Your studies should be related to the internship and finalized up to 1 year prior to the Internship start.

Language Skills
Advanced level of Spanish and English (written and spoken) is necessary for the role.
