Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing office supplies, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory control.
  • Ensure the maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
  • Provide customer service support, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and meeting planning.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Catalan language skills.
