Senior 3D Character Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior 3D Character Artist to join our team at Socialpoint. As a Senior 3D Artist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D character art quickly and effectively.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement 3D character art concepts that meet the company's high standards.
- Collaborate with the Art Director to ensure consistency and accuracy in character design.
- Identify areas for improvement in the creative process and implement changes as needed.
- Estimate and manage art requests to ensure timely completion.
- Contribute to the development of the Art Director's vision and provide feedback to other artists.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in 3D character art.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure seamless collaboration.
- 5+ years of experience in video game development, with a focus on 3D character art.
- Strong understanding of 3D character pipelines, including high-poly modeling, low-poly modeling, UV unwrapping, and texture baking.
- Proficiency in software such as ZBrush, Maya, Substance Painter, and Marmoset.
- Excellent artistic fundamentals, including character design, color theory, lighting, shape, and form.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
