Position Overview

Responsibilities

Sprinklr's Legal Division is seeking a Corporate Legal Advisor to join our team in Spain, supporting our operational needs. You will collaborate closely with our global legal team to ensure compliance and risk management.

Primary Duties:

 You will oversee, draft, and negotiate various types of corporate agreements, including but not limited to Non-Disclosure Agreements, Software as a Service Contracts, Professional Services Contracts, Service Level Agreements, Partnership Contracts, and Vendor Contracts.

 You will create and implement standardized templates, forms, and procedures.

 You will conduct training sessions for sales and service teams on legal processes, compliance, and emerging legislation.

 You will provide guidance to sales executives and management on contractual obligations and clarify terms and conditions.

 You will advise multiple departments on strategies to mitigate legal risks.

 You will engage in additional project-based assignments as required by the legal department.

Qualifications

 You possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a corporate attorney, offering legal counsel and negotiating contracts in a technology or startup environment, ideally with an international organization. Relevant internships will be taken into account.

 You have a proven track record of collaborating with sales teams during customer negotiations.

 You possess a comprehensive understanding of contract law and the requirements for software agreements, along with strong negotiation skills for SaaS contracts.

 You exhibit excellent organizational abilities and are a proficient communicator, both written and verbal, with keen attention to detail, common sense, and a sense of humor.

 You are highly customer-focused, demonstrating exceptional communication and organizational skills, and can foster strong working relationships across various business units.

 You are quick to learn and can make a positive impact on the team from day one, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment.

 This role demands the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, managing a substantial workload with tight deadlines.

 Proficiency in Spanish, French, and English is essential.

 Familiarity with data protection regulations, including GDPR, is crucial. Staying updated on legal developments, particularly regarding EU data regulations, is necessary for success in this role.
