Global Director of Sales - Luxury Hospitality Industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Director of Sales to lead our international sales team and drive revenue growth in the luxury hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute effective global sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  2. Lead the Sales Team: Lead and motivate the international sales team to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure team success.
  3. Negotiate and Close Agreements: Negotiate and close agreements with partners in the luxury segment to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  4. Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  5. Provide Solutions: Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client needs to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development: Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with sales strategies.
  7. Stay Up-to-Date with Product Launches: Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are informed and aligned with sales strategies.
  8. Recruit and Develop the Sales Team: Build and participate in the recruitment of the Sales team and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure team success.
  9. Report on Sales Results: Report on sales results to the company Vice President and Board Members to ensure transparency and accountability.
