About the Role

The Senior Project Finance Manager will contribute to all aspects of the Project Finance team's responsibilities, including project finance, corporate finance, acquisition finance, and sell-downs of minority equity stakes. The team is responsible for the development and execution of Sonnedix's financing strategy - debt capital raising, restructuring, and refinancing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading financings and reporting to the Head of Project Finance, Europe
  • Developing and executing Sonnedix's financing strategy in Europe
  • Managing the due diligence process, communicating with lenders and advisors, and negotiating loan documentation
  • Analysing industry trends and contributing to loan structuring
  • Developing strong relationships with lenders, external advisors, and internal stakeholders
