Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our store team in a luxury retail environment. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing Customer Service Excellence, building a loyal customer base, and driving commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build a loyal customer base
  • Support the sales team in achieving commercial targets
  • Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop skills and knowledge
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Proficiently utilize business systems and latest technology

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience of retail sales in a luxury brand environment
  • Willing to adapt and take on new challenges
  • Always presents a professional image
  • Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
  • Fluent in English (C1 level is advantageous)
