You will address inquiries related to products, order management, technical troubleshooting, and other customer service requests. Your excellent problem-solving and communication skills will enable you to work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
Additionally, you will maintain effective communication with customers to ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction. Your ability to provide insights and feedback on recurring customer issues will be invaluable in enhancing service quality and improving processes.
Requirements:- Native Dutch speaker with B2/C1 English proficiency.
- Must currently reside in Madrid and be available for on-site work during the initial six weeks.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently after the training period and deliver remote support effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Comfortable using technology and quickly learning new systems.
- Hybrid work setup: On-site for the first 6 weeks, transitioning to remote work afterward.
