Job Description

As a Brand Specialist at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in supporting our strategic brand partners in the EU market. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement tailored strategies to enhance brand performance, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure a seamless brand experience with our AVS service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with key functions in the retail sector, such as Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Marketing, to focus on up to four critical business areas:
  • Consultation: Identify opportunities through data analysis and provide recommendations to improve sales and margin.
  • Selection: Support the expansion of product selection by managing the introduction of new products and improving discoverability.
  • Availability: Promote operational excellence in the supply chain by reducing costs, defects, and shipping times, and managing inventory in our fulfillment centers.
  • Promotion and Funding: Plan and implement marketing campaigns and improve the customer experience on Amazon through enhanced content on product detail pages. Provide recommendations for marketing and advertising campaigns to promote new products, increase traffic, or boost conversion.

Brand Specialists at Amazon. What do they do?

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in German (at least Level C1) and English
  • At least 12 months of work experience in marketing, sales, procurement, project management, supply chain, or consulting
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of an additional language
