About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled External Productions Technician to join our team at Importante empresa. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our external productions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise the quality of external productions, including the correct rotation of products (FIFO), to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
  2. Investigate stock differences of external productions to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  3. Source and select the right suppliers for each new project, taking into account factors such as quality, price, and delivery times.
  4. Develop specifications for the development of each project, based on the bills of materials provided.
  5. Supervise the production of first samples and authorize their production, ensuring that they meet our quality standards.
  6. Coordinate between production and co-packer, as needed, to ensure smooth handling and delivery of products.
  7. Manage projects and promotions with our Marketing team, including monthly promotion meetings to ensure alignment and success.
  8. Monitor and control information related to external productions, including inventory levels and material flows.
  9. Coordinate the transportation of goods between warehouses and ensure that all necessary documentation is in order.
  10. Work closely with our Product Manager and Plant or support company to ensure compliance with quality, delivery dates, and quantities, as well as transportation arrangements.
  11. Validate co-packer inventories on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  1. 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry or production services.
  2. Intermediate English and high Spanish language proficiency.

Additional Considerations

A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are required for this role.
