External Productions Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced External Productions Technician to join our team at our Spanish Production Plant in Santa Margarida i Els Monjos. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of external productions and coordinating with suppliers and co-packers to meet our production needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the quality of external productions and ensure correct rotation of products (FIFO).
- Investigate stock differences of external productions and identify areas for improvement.
- Source and select suppliers for new projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Develop specifications for production based on bills of materials and ensure compliance with quality and delivery requirements.
- Authorize production of first samples and coordinate with production and co-packer teams.
- Manage project and promotion coordination with MKT, ensuring timely execution and quality standards.
- Monitor and control information related to external productions, including inventory management and material flow.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics between warehouses and co-packers.
- Validate co-packer inventories on a monthly basis.
Requirements
- 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry or production services.
- Intermediate English and high Spanish language proficiency.
