- Team Leadership: Prioritize and assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Process Improvement: Propose and implement procedure improvements and technical infrastructure enhancements to optimize operations.
- Communication: Manage transactions with internal and external parties, respond to operations-related inquiries, and report accurately and timely to accountable management.
- Employee Development: Lead and develop employees in the team assigned, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and success.
- Technical Expertise: Experience as a preventive and corrective maintenance technician in G114 turbines and Siemens Gamesa technology models.
- Academic Background: Electrical, electromechanical, or mechatronics engineer degree.
- Language Skills: English language proficiency is desirable.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of industrial safety in work at height and in wind turbines, as well as strategic planning management, resource allocation, and personnel coordination.
