About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at the W Ibiza hotel. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our hotel's services and amenities to guests, while also ensuring exceptional customer service and loyalty to Marriott International.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact guests to resolve issues and requests, using sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty
  • Promote brand awareness internally and externally, and process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points
  • Enter guest information into software systems, and assist with reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
  • Answer guest calls, record and process requests, and perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
  • Assist management in training and motivating employees, and serve as a role model
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be familiar with Marriott International's policies and procedures, and have a strong understanding of the hotel's services and amenities.
