Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager Water Treatment Specialist to lead our Water Care product marketing activities for EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies, managing product development projects, and supporting sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand consumer purchase and usage behavior, competition, and trends in the water treatment industry.
- Product Development: Help define the full value proposition for new concepts, including product specifications, benefits, and pricing.
- Product Launch: Contribute to product development projects, including new product development, sustaining, and compliance.
- Sales Support: Manage and implement packaging improvement projects and support sales teams with sales-oriented documents and communication materials.
- Marketing Support: Provide guidelines and support to the Marcom Manager and Training team for execution of B2B and B2C communication materials.
- Content Management: Coordinate content updates in new tools, including PIM and brand websites.
- User Satisfaction: Monitor user satisfaction via available tools, including reviews platforms and sales feedback.
Requirements:
- Education: Chemical engineer or Engineering degree with specialization in Marketing/business/Master in Engineering with a marketing/business specialization.
- Language: English professional fluency – French is a plus.
- Experience: > 3 years work experience in a similar environment. Previous experience in the pool industry, water treatment applications is highly desirable.
- Skills: Well-structured/organized, strong analytical skills, advanced communication skills (written and verbal), project management skills.
