Product Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our product team at Datamaran. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development and enhancement of our industry-leading ESG governance platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features based on market insights, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business value.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
- Work closely with our in-house ESG experts, engineering, and design teams to align on product priorities, communicate updates, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in product management in the SaaS industry.
- Deep understanding of sustainability and ESG and knowledge of related regulatory frameworks is a bonus.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products and features.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with agile methodologies, product analytics, and project management tools such as Clickup, Jira, Monday.com.
