Job Description

Viokox S.A is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for creating a brand attractive and relevant to the consumer.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial and Marketing, with a degree in a related field. Additionally, they will have experience in managing products in the FMCG industry, with a focus on Personal Care/Cosmetics.

The main responsibilities of this role will include:

Brand Awareness and Communication

Developing and updating the corporate value proposition and communicating it to clients and stakeholders.

Creating promotional materials, organizing fairs, product dossiers, samples, etc.

Product Management

Creating a competitive and innovative product portfolio.

Analyzing competitors in the market to determine the optimal price.

Developing promotional materials for online and offline channels.

Customer Management

Developing value propositions tailored to client needs with the commercial team.

Coordinating with the commercial team to implement, train, and develop sales.

Coordinating with the R&D team to develop new products, providing market insights and information for briefings.

Trend Analysis

Periodically analyzing global category trends.

Identifying and analyzing market, competitor, consumer, and new trend data to ensure brand positioning and identify new launches.

This is a full-time position with a salary of €30,000 per year, plus 14 monthly payments. The work location is a hybrid telecommuting model in Picassent, Valencia.
