About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team at Sika AG. As a key member of our IAM team, you will be responsible for managing IAM-related support and change requests, driving the rollout and development of our IAM solutions, and collaborating with other IT teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identity Management: Set up and maintain identities, accounts, rules, and policies for our global IAM solution.
  • Support and Change Management: Receive and create support tickets and change requests for the IAM platform, and coordinate solutions with the IAM vendor and other stakeholders.
  • Bulk and Mass Changes: Coordinate and execute bulk and mass changes of identities and other data.
  • Infrastructure Monitoring: Monitor the IAM infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Role and Security Management: Manage roles, security groups, distribution groups, and shared mailboxes.
  • Training and Development: Organize trainings and workshops on IAM services.
  • Platform Upgrades and Maintenance: Participate in IAM platform upgrades and other maintenance activities.
  • Requirements Gathering and Planning: Participate in gathering requirements, development planning, and architecture planning.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in business continuity testing, performance testing, and other testing activities.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced IAM engineer with 5 years of relevant experience in IAM system administration of complex multinational ICT services. Certifications in infrastructure or security area are considered a plus.

  • IAM Processes and Identity Lifecycle Management: Experience with IAM processes, identity lifecycle management.
  • IAM Products and Tools: Experience with IAM products and tools.
  • Directory Services: Experience with Directory Services like Active Directory (AD), Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP.
  • Programming and Scripting: Experience with programming and scripting skills, e.g. PowerShell.
  • HR Systems: Experience with SuccessFactors or other HR systems.
  • Complex IT Systems: Experience with complex central IT systems globally, with wide variety of integrations.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written.
  • Language Skills: Spanish skills are considered a plus.
