Multinational Identity and Access Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team at Sika AG. As a Global IAM Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our global IAM solution and driving the rollout and development of our IAM services.
Key Responsibilities- Identity Management: Set up and maintain identities, accounts, rules, and policies for our global organization.
- Support and Change Management: Receive and create support tickets and change requests for our IAM platform, and coordinate solutions with our IAM vendor and other stakeholders.
- Bulk and Mass Changes: Coordinate and execute bulk and mass changes of identities and other data.
- Infrastructure Monitoring: Monitor our IAM infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Security and Compliance: Manage roles, security groups, distribution groups, and shared mailboxes to ensure compliance with our security policies.
- Training and Development: Organize training and workshops on IAM services to ensure our team members have the necessary skills to support our IAM solution.
- Platform Upgrades and Maintenance: Participate in IAM platform upgrades and other maintenance activities to ensure our solution remains secure and up-to-date.
- Business Continuity and Testing: Participate in business continuity testing, performance testing, and other testing activities to ensure our IAM solution is reliable and secure.
- Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in IAM system administration of complex multinational ICT services.
- Certifications: Certifications in infrastructure or security area are considered a plus.
- Skills: Experience with IAM processes, identity lifecycle management, IAM products and tools, directory services, SQL, JSON, XML, and complex central IT systems globally.
- Programming Skills: Programming and scripting skills are considered a plus, e.g. PowerShell.
