About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technical Consultant to join our team at OpenText. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) practice, you will be responsible for delivering advanced cybersecurity solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Leadership: Lead the technical implementation of large-scale IAM projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies that align with our clients' business objectives, leveraging our cutting-edge cybersecurity IAM product portfolio.
  3. Technical Expertise: Provide technical support, training, and mentorship to junior consultants and client staff, ensuring seamless operation between legacy systems and new technologies.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, delivering customized training sessions to improve user adoption rates.

Requirements
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in cybersecurity consulting and system integration, with proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and software development.
  3. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, data management, and experience with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  5. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with additional proficiency in German or French highly valued.
  6. Product Experience: At least 2 years of experience in large-scale implementations of Identity and Access Management solutions such as OpenText NetIQ Identity Manager, SailPoint Identity Security Platform, and others.
