Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Technical Consultant to join our Identity and Access Management team at OpenText Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering advanced cybersecurity solutions to clients by developing and implementing strategies that align with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical implementation of large-scale Identity and Access Management projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies that align with clients' business objectives, utilizing cutting-edge cybersecurity and cloud computing technologies.
  • Conduct detailed system analysis and integration to ensure seamless operation between legacy systems and new technologies.
  • Provide technical support, training, and mentorship to junior consultants and client staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Deliver customized training sessions to improve user adoption rates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years in cybersecurity consulting and system integration, with proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and software development.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, data management, and experience with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with additional proficiency in German or French highly valued.
  • At least 2 years of experience in large-scale implementations of Identity and Access Management solutions such as OpenText NetIQ Identity Manager, SailPoint Identity Security Platform, and others.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C++), databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL), tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins), and platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS).
  • Certifications (Preferred): Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
