About the Role
As a Lead Technical Consultant in Identity and Access Management (IAM) at OpenText Corporation, you will play a critical role in delivering advanced cybersecurity solutions to clients. Your expertise will center on our cutting-edge cybersecurity IAM product portfolio, guiding clients through the complexities of identity and access management, and overseeing the deployment of cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure) to optimize infrastructure costs and enhance system performance.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed system analysis and integration to ensure seamless operation between legacy systems and new technologies.
- Provide technical support, training, and mentorship to junior consultants and client staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Deliver customized training sessions to improve user adoption rates.
What You Need to Succeed
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in cybersecurity consulting and system integration, with proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and software development.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, data management, and experience with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with additional proficiency in German or French highly valued.
