- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our team of experts to ensure that calibration objectives are met and that vehicle performance is optimized.
- Conduct Vehicle Testing and Data Analysis: Conduct thorough testing and analysis of vehicle performance to validate calibration solutions and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and expertise to resolve drivability-related issues throughout the development cycle.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest industry trends and advancements to enhance calibration methodologies and techniques.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred with 2+ years of experience in the automotive sector.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with calibration software and diagnostic tools (e.g., INCA, Matlab/Simulink, CANoe, etc.) are required.
- Driving License: Driving license B (passenger cars) mandatory.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is important.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Collaboration and Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
