Job DescriptionAs a key member of the Market Operations Team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of trading and post-trade processes. Reporting to the Head of Market Control, you will participate in various tasks, including:
Market MonitoringMonitoring trading activity, auctions, and continuous trading, as well as corporate actions and internal/external incidents status.
Trading Environment OperationsRunning Market Ops systems and platforms, performing full checks from start to end of the trading day, and ensuring correct set up of post-trade routes with CCPs.
Client Facing ResponsibilitiesTimely response to client queries, investigation of market operation trading-related queries, and assisting with the onboarding of new clients, including conformance testing and connectivity set up.
Knowledge and UnderstandingKnowledge of European equity markets, market communications, and creation and publication of Market Notices.
The role is demanding and challenging, requiring proactivity and error minimisation. As a small company experiencing significant growth, areas of involvement and responsibility are wide-in-scope, and the successful candidate will be involved in the evolution of the market and have the opportunity to broaden knowledge and experience within a fast-paced Stock Exchange environment.
