We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team at SD Worx. As a key member of our Cloud Business Line, you will be responsible for delivering medium to large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities- Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central and Employee Central Time Management.
- Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, staying up-to-date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
- Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
- Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practice to ensure successful implementations.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client key users.
- Ensure effective transfer of knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
- Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx's international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.

Requirements- Experience in SF EC module with a minimum of 4 years.
- At least one end-to-end implementation in a SuccessFactors Time tracking (time-sheets module).
- SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification is a plus.
- Good understanding of HR processes.
- High level of English language (at least B2-C1).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology.
- You like autonomy and taking initiative, and you are self-managing.
- You like working in a growth company where you constantly challenge processes and yourself to continuously improve.
