Customer Service Representative - Dutch Language

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative with Dutch language skills. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers to assess their satisfaction after product or service interactions.
  • Address any concerns, questions, or issues raised by customers during the follow-up call.
  • Gather feedback on the overall customer experience and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of follow-up activities and customer interactions.
  • Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs.
  • Promote positive relationships with clients and encourage referrals.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bilingual or native in Dutch.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is a plus.
