About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Planate Management Group. As a key member of our Facilities and Maintenance Project in Cawag, Subic Zambales, you will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining HVAC systems, electrical components, and piped utility services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and Document Maintenance Issues: Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC equipment and document any maintenance issues or defects.
  2. Consult with the Inspection Team: Collaborate with the inspection team to assess the status of HVAC systems and equipment.
  3. Analyze HVAC Systems and Equipment: Analyze HVAC systems and equipment to identify inefficiencies or malfunctions and develop solutions to optimize performance and increase efficiency.
  4. Attend Regular Meetings: Participate in regular meetings with the project team to discuss progress and address any concerns.
  5. Perform Other Responsibilities: Perform other duties associated with this position as may be required.
Qualifications
  1. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  2. Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC installation and/or repair is required.
  3. Certifications: Must have an NCII HVAC or DOMRAC certificate.
  4. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of HVAC systems, building products, construction details/design, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards is required. Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating is also required.
