Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer HVAC Specialist to join our team at Panasonic. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HVAC project solutions that meet our high standards of quality, efficiency, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed project specifications and documentation, working closely with customers and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Provide technical support to customers, addressing specification issues and ensuring successful project completion.
  • Develop project solutions that meet our standard framework, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely completion.
  • Manage project documentation and information, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal and external systems.
  • Supervise customer orders to ensure technical fit with project definitions, preventing after-sales issues.
  • Develop and maintain tools to improve pre-sales support and documentation.
  • Coordinate and control outsourced design office resources, managing work records and invoice control.
  • Track and report project conversion ratios, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant university degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field, with strong skills in CAD tools and other relevant design software.
  • Proficient understanding and know-how in processes, technologies, products, or other relevant field of expertise.
  • Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical, or conceptual principles and techniques.
  • Understanding of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function.

  • Cost-effective in all contracts and purchasing undertaken in the department.
  • Proactive in identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Compliance with Panasonic's Policies, Processes, and Procedures.
  • Participation in corporate requirements, such as ISM, CSR, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, and Competition Law.
  • Benchmarking activities.
  • General administration.
  • Undertaking of projects within the skill set of the position.
  • Attendance of required training.
  • Business trips.
  • Maintenance of a safe working environment and reporting of H&S breaches.
