Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Recruiting Italy to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract and hire top talent for our Italian sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sourcing Strategies: Define and implement effective sourcing plans to meet the recruitment needs of our Italian sites, in collaboration with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team.
  • End-to-End Recruiting: Provide full-cycle recruiting services for production site positions, including attracting and hiring specialists and managers, ensuring a successful onboarding process.
  • First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, internal stakeholders, and external service providers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Ambassador for Italian Sites: Act as an ambassador for our Italian sites, performing active-sourcing activities, publishing and sharing job openings, and representing Aenova at recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective recruitment processes.
  • Defining and Maintaining Recruiting KPIs: Develop and maintain recruiting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed studies in economics, psychology, educational science, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience: Several years of relevant professional experience in an international industrial and fast-paced environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical, medical technology, or food industry.
  • Professional Skills: Professional experience in active sourcing and end-to-end recruiting for industrial and technical employees, with a strong focus on customer orientation and consulting skills.
  • Language Skills: Native Italian speaking, fluent in English, both written and spoken, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with headquarters in Germany.
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive and goal-oriented way of working, high social and intercultural competence, and a strong ability to attract, hire, retain, and develop employees.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel between Italian sites and occasional trips to the headquarters in Starnberg, Southern Germany.
