Facilities Maintenance Specialist

At Blaine Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including installation, repair, and maintenance of all plant equipment and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and maintain structural systems, including foundations, walls, roofs, and other related structures.
- Regularly inspect buildings and facilities to identify issues related to structural integrity and safety.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures to ensure the longevity and reliability of building infrastructures.
- Plan and coordinate construction projects, including renovations and refurbishments, ensuring they meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Work with external contractors and internal teams to manage repairs and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all facilities comply with local government regulations.
- Monitor and manage efforts to reduce energy consumptions and costs.
- Proven experience in facility maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of structural systems and building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
