At Baywa R.E., we are seeking a skilled Renewable Energy Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our solar farms and wind energy plants.

  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance of our renewable energy systems.
  2. Conduct corrective maintenance to address any issues that may arise, working closely with our engineering team to resolve complex problems.
  3. Collaborate with our operations team to develop and implement maintenance plans that minimize downtime and maximize system efficiency.
  4. Monitor and maintain our SCADA systems to ensure real-time monitoring and control of our energy production.
  5. Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and processes to improve our operations and maintenance efficiency.
  6. Provide support to our inspection and testing activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Assist in the training and development of junior team members to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities.

  1. Successful completion of a degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
  2. Proven experience in renewable energy maintenance, preferably in a similar role or with a relevant background in electrical or mechanical maintenance.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  4. Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and make informed decisions.
  5. Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  6. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to our sites as required.
