About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team at Sawoo GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving exponential growth by increasing the number of sponsoring companies and attracting more active community members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute high-impact demand generation strategies to drive business growth.
  • Optimize landing pages, test messaging, and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approaches to maximize ROI.
  • Manage multichannel marketing campaigns, leveraging LinkedIn outreach to engage with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, graphic designers, and senior leadership.
  • Generate participants and sponsors for our annual conferences in Munich and London.
  • Travel to events to learn about and optimize our community events.
Requirements
  • Availability: 40 hours/week
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Creative Problem-Solver: Ability to test and iterate strategies to find the most effective approaches.
  • Dependable: Proven track record of executing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Ownership Mentality: Experience owning and driving key metrics like leads or sales pipeline.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), creating landing pages, and crafting effective messaging.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with in-house teams, supporting and leveraging their skills.
  • Languages: English is a must, German is nice to have.
  • Remote Work Proficiency: Previous remote work experience, with strong communication skills using tools like Slack.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel multiple times a year to community and company events.
