Job Objective

The Cloud Systems & Services division is tasked with managing vendor procurement, credit oversight, and billing operations for designated suppliers. This encompasses providing shared services through TD SYNNEX's dedicated Shared Service Center, which is outsourced to specialized service partners.

The team works in collaboration with all business unit leaders at TD SYNNEX and their essential partners to formulate effective strategies, aiming to deliver top-tier systems and operations that maximize impact and synergy across Europe.

Additionally, the team is responsible for implementing Cloud procurement, invoicing, and business health solutions across all TD SYNNEX entities in Europe (21 countries and beyond). The collaboration with business unit leaders and key partners is crucial to develop effective strategies and to ensure the delivery of premier systems with significant impact and synergy throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate business requirements alongside vendors, TD stakeholders, and cloud team members. Facilitate and lead Cloud project execution within the organization as necessary. Projects will vary widely. Plan, track, and report on project progress. Document all processes in collaboration with the offshore team. Develop, maintain, and enhance billing and cost optimization tools within an Excel environment. Define, implement, and refine Sales Order Management processes to support TD Cloud Business across Europe. Define, implement, and refine Purchase Order Management processes to support TD Cloud Business across Europe. Maintain ongoing communication with vendors and TD stakeholders. Collaborate with the outsourced Order-to-Cash team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
To excel in this role, an individual must successfully fulfill each essential duty. The following requirements represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for this position.

Strong understanding of E-commerce principles. Proficient knowledge of SAP transactions related to Order-to-Cash processes. Solid numerical and statistical acumen. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strategic and analytical thinking capabilities. Innovative and creative problem-solving mindset. Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of responsibilities. Comfortable operating within an international, results-oriented project environment. Capable of performing effectively under stress and in a multitasking setting. Familiarity with the IT Software / Services / SaaS sector is advantageous. Experience with Software Licensing and Cloud management sales tools is a plus. Background in IT Channel operations, preferably with TD, IM, other Pan-European distributors, or software vendors is beneficial. A degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business is preferred.
