Reporting to: Europe Controller

Job Overview:

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) specializes in providing power solutions for a variety of sectors including cloud computing, telecommunications, automotive, industrial, and consumer markets.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual to join our finance team, supporting our operations across Europe.

The Financial Analyst will report directly to the Europe Controller.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct analysis and reconciliation of general ledger accounts, primarily focusing on the Accounts Receivable module for all European subsidiaries.

- Prepare monthly journal entries and oversee the quarterly reconciliation process, including responding to audit requests.

- Ensure accurate accounting of foreign currency transactions and manage associated risks.

- Assist in the management and reporting of SEC and ESG information.

- Collaborate with various departments within the organization, including Sales, Finance, Administration, Legal, and external stakeholders.

- Contribute to the optimization of processes in alignment with corporate policies.

- Provide support for special projects as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or administration.

- Proficient in Excel.

- Fluent in both Spanish and English (C1 level); proficiency in another European language is a plus.

- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

- Energetic, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.

- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
